However, rather than reading it as the character they will be presenting, they must read their narratives with a different character and voice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Discuss<\/strong>:\u00a0 How did this new character make your reading different? How did it affect how your partner saw your performance? With these questions in mind, think about how you are going to perform in your character and tell the story you want your audience to hear.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance<\/strong>: Sharing \u201cPicture This\u201d assignments (majority of class period).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discussion<\/strong>: What made you decide to write from their perspective? Were you able to empathize and embody your character?
